1. Data we collect

Account data you provide at registration: full name, email address, Nigerian phone number and password (stored only as an authentication credential managed by Firebase Authentication — we never display or share your password).
Transaction data generated by your use of the platform: wallet balances, plan purchases, daily task progress, Watch and Earn claims, referral relationships, deposit and withdrawal requests, and bank details you enter for withdrawals.
Payment evidence: screenshots you upload when funding your wallet, stored via Cloudinary.
Top-up delivery data: phone numbers and bundle selections you submit to purchase data or airtime.
Technical data: standard server and analytics logs, and cookies used by advertising partners on public pages (see below).

2. How we use your data

To create and secure your account, and to prevent fraudulent or multiple accounts.
To process plan activations, credit task and referral income, and handle deposits and withdrawals — including verification of payment screenshots.
To deliver data and airtime purchases to the networks you select.
To answer your support requests and keep a record of transaction history.
To operate and improve the platform, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Who processes your data

Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, hosting) — core platform infrastructure.
Cloudinary — storage of payment screenshots you upload.
CheapDataHub — receives the phone number and bundle you select so the top-up can be delivered.
Advertising partners (Google AdSense and Adsterra) — advertising cookies and similar technologies are set on public content pages only, not on your private dashboard or transaction screens.

4. Advertising & cookies

Public content pages (home, learn articles, FAQ, policies) may display advertisements from Google AdSense and Adsterra. These partners may set cookies or use similar technologies to personalise ads and measure performance. Private screens — login, registration, dashboard, transactions and Watch and Earn — do not load advertising code. You can manage ad personalisation through your Google Ads Settings and your browser's cookie controls.

5. Data retention & security

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active or as needed to meet legal and dispute-resolution requirements. Access to production data is restricted to platform operators.

Accounts are protected by Firebase Authentication and transport encryption (HTTPS). No system is completely secure — keep your password private and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

6. Your choices & rights

You can:

Review your profile data anytime in the dashboard;
Request correction of inaccurate account details by contacting support;
Request deletion of your account, subject to legal and anti-fraud record-keeping obligations;
Opt out of advertising cookies through your browser settings.
